LETTER #214: TO Q. FABRAY-CHANG FROM M. CHANG: 1/07/2013
Dear Quinn,
Just so you know, I’m sort of impatiently counting down the two weeks until I get to see you again. Like, I know for me they’re gonna go by incredibly slow and I shouldn’t count down, but I will.
I wish that I had adventures or whatever to write to you like you have, but the truth is I kind of don’t. Classes are boring and for some reason I decided to take morning classes. Don’t know why I did since I kind of really dislike waking up so early mostly due to the fact that I end up only getting one or two hours of sleep. You know, since I don’t go to bed until like 5, 6, or 7 in the morning and whatnot. I’m pretty sure I look like a zombie during my classes, which is both kind of cool and then not so cool. The plus side is the fact that I don’t have late classes this time. I come home and then spend my time with Beth and the dogs and don’t have to worry about anymore classes.
Oh, which yesterday we all actually went to the park. It was a nice day out and all that. Not too cold and stuff, so I thought it would be nice to take Beth to the park to walk the dogs. We also had hot dogs, by the way. Just in case you’re still worrying about us only eating noodles. Which we really are not. It may only be Tuesday, but I can assure you that we haven’t had any all week so far.
Dance is going well. I mean, I don’t get to do it as often as before because of reasons, but it’s all going fine. There’s actually a recital thing next month and I’m wondering whether or not I should sign up for it. I’d like to, but I guess I’m sort of waiting to see how certain things go at the moment. I have until the end of the week before sign ups close, so I have plenty of time to still think it over.
That’s my life lately. The gist of it at least. See. Not that exciting. I’m just a boring, boring guy. I have no idea what you’re doing being married to me, but I will not question it.
Anyway, I have tons of homework I have to get to because I like to leave things until the last minute. So, hopefully I’ll get to talk to you sometime? Maybe soon? I know you’re busy, but I get needy.
Love,
Mike
